Membership

Dear Benefits Professional:

In today’s hectic, “do more with less” world of employee benefits, your time is more valuable than ever before. We all need to stay on top of emerging trends and ideas, and find ways to do it without an onerous time commitment. As one of the leading associations for employee benefits in the area, the Employee Benefits Planning Association (EBPA) can be a valuable resource for the information and ideas you need to maximize your effectiveness.

The EBPA Advantage

Your EBPA membership is one of the most effective and efficient ways to stay current with the latest trends in benefits planning, administration and communication. We are a diverse organization and welcome practitioners at all levels and those in service to the profession who share out goals.

As an EBPA member, you will receive:

  • Access to educational programs covering timely benefit issues at a reduced cost ($15 member discount) and that offer 2 CE credits each
  • Networking access to a quality peer group
  • The 2008 EBPA Member Directory
  • Announcements for the bi-monthly breakfast seminars
  • New perspectives about what other organizations are doing with employee benefits
  • Notification of significant legislative and regulatory changes affecting the industry
  • Access for your children to an EBPA Academic Scholarship of $1,000 to be awarded Spring 2008

Our programs feature speakers on timely trends and issues, and allow opportunities for professional development, networking, and for receiving continuing education credits. At $40 per two-credit-hour seminar for members, it’s one of the best education values available. EBPA’s Breakfast Seminars are conveniently located at McCormick’s Harborside (on Lake Union, just minutes from downtown Seattle).
